All bespoke garments are architected to the exact specifications of the client. Due to the intensely personalized nature of this art, all deposits and payments for custom commissions are strictly non-refundable and final sale once the curation and architecture process begins.
Pieces acquired from our Runway Collections, Boutique Samples, or Archival Exhibitions are unique historical assets. As such, all sales for these items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Eligible ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, and retains all original archival tags.
All designs, imagery, photography, and text on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of The House of Nancy Vuu. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and protected under international law.
