With the tremendous success, the brand then launched their women's collection in September 2016 with IMG NYFW which landed in Chronicles "Best of NYFW".

Blogged as the "inspiration of today," Silicon Valley Business Journal highlights Nancy as "People on the Move" while San Francisco Business Times recognizes her as "Women on the Move." Women Network has awarded Nancy with their Inspirique Award for her ability to empower women both locally and globally, while breaking barriers as a leader who paves the way as an example of how we can live boldly and embrace creativity while giving back to the community. Most recently, Nancy was notably recognized and awarded by the British Chinese Youth Federation at the UK Parliament with the prestigious Big Ben Award for her efforts in building international relations.

Besides being a creative and philanthropist, she is an inspirational speaker and has spoken at Harvard University & other colleges, The UK House of Parliament, business forums, creative conferences, women empowering events, and both local and international events. Her call to action as the very first "Courage Award" recipient at Seattle World Relief's 40th Anniversary Gala helped raise over $325K.
